A lot of celebrating!

We had such a special night tonight celebrating with some of our best friends! Our best friends, Brooke and Johnathan, have been trying for over three years to get pregnant. They went through various fertility treatments including three failed IUIs. And just within the last three months Brooke started seeing a fertility acupuncturist. And with a little help from the acupuncture and alot of help from God, they are pregnant!! What an answered prayer!!

We went to a surprise party for them tonight at the Stites' house. I think Brooke and Johnathan were REALLY surprised--our group of friends really LOVE doing surprise parties like this so they should have known it was coming! Luke was the only baby there so he got alot of attention from everyone--and he ate it up!

Luke tried to get every person there to take him to see the fish! As soon as someone new picked him up, he pointed to fish so they would know to take him over there!

Brooke and Johnathan, we're so glad we got to celebrate you, and we cannot wait to meet baby Akin in October! This baby has already blessed all of our lives and is such a sweet testament of your faith in God. We love you so much!

We also had dinner with April's parents, April, Marc and Mason before the party. Mason and Luke are really starting to remember and notice the other. Mason was saying Luke's name tonight when he saw Luke. And Luke was kicking his little feet and squealing as soon as he saw Mason. So sweet!

I had to post both of the pics cause Mason and Luke had on their matching coverall bibs! April just bought it for Luke, and it is the most handy bib ever--it covers his arms and whole body!
