We had one of our favorite events of the year at church this past weekend--Dinner at Bethlehem. We had a yummy dinner, petted some animals that might have been in the stable with baby Jesus, did some Christmas crafts, and watch a cute little program about the birth of Jesus. Fun night for everyone!
Luke loved the animals a little too much. No surprise there. Out of all the children that were out there petting the animals, our son decided to go sit on top of the llama! The llama stood up with Luke on his back and Luke fell off. Seriously?? Everyone got a good laugh, and we were just glad no one got hurt. Only our child.... We're trying to teach him that animals have boundaries. Not going so well...
Cate on the other hand was very unsure about the animals. She didn't want to pet them or get too close. She's the complete opposite of Luke when it comes to any kind of animal!
