This weekend we went to the big Easter Egg Hunt at the zoo.  There were SOOOOO many people there, but thankfully we got there early and didn't have to wait in line for hours like other people.  We  looked at a few of the animals before we headed over to the egg hunt.
Cory and Luke checking out the monkeys (or as Luke calls them "bunkeys").  Oh, and this is the face Luke makes if you ask him to smile.  It's really funny--excpet for when you're trying to get a really cute picture of him.  But it always makes me laugh!
 Ready for the big hunt!
They had it divided by ages so Luke hunted with kids two and younger--and there were hundreds of kids in his age group there!  You can see all the people lined up around the field for just this age group's hunt--and there were four or five more egg hunts after Luke's!
 "I see a bunny!"

 Ready. Set. Go!
Luke had to stop and shake every egg he picked up!

He got bored quickly so he didn't actually get that many eggs, but he did managed to find one of ten special animal eggs that were hidden so he got to trade it in for a fun prize!
Checking out his goodies!  And more importantly looking for chocolate to eat!
He moved away from Cory and me to eat his chocolate so we wouldn't steal it from him--smart kid!  He got his sweet tooth from his momma, that's for sure!
