Dallas!!

We started our big summer road trip by driving to Dallas to see Cory's brother, Dan, and his wife, Sarah. We hadn't been to Dallas to see them yet, so we were really excited! Luke did really good in the car--for being in it 12 hours! He slept alot, and then always let us know exactly when he was ready to be out of the carseat!

Hanging out with Uncle Dan! Luke had been having terrible stranger anxiety before the trip, but he loved Dan! We were so happy! Maybe it was because Dan looks and talks like Cory! Luke and Cory checking out their three HUGE dogs--2 of them are great danes! They are the best dogs ever and were very interested in Luke! He didn't know what to think of such big dogs, but he loved petting and looking at them!

We just happened to be in Dallas on Dan's birthday! So that night we went to this awesome El Salvadorian restaurant to celebrate. It was seriously the best food ever! Dan and Sarah are expecting their first little baby boy, Hudson, in October! We can't wait to meet him! Luke and Hudson are going to have so much fun together!

"Riding" Winston! This dog is so big that Luke can "ride" on him when he's like ten!! Luke loved sitting on him, by the way. He squealed and laughed the whole time!

We had such a great time in Dallas! It's crazy that the next time we go back there will be another little baby in the house! How fun!
