For Mother's Day, we went with my family to take Luke to meet his Great-grandparents for the first time! They live way out in the country in Hermitage Springs, Tennessee. We had a great time visiting with them, and everyone LOVED Luke of course!! He had lots of smiles for his great grandparents, and he even showed them how loud he can cry when he gets really really tired!
Luke LOVED my grandma (my dad's mom)--he laughed at her more than he's ever laughed at anyone! It was really funny!
My grandpa (my dad's dad), Cory, and Luke. My grandpa just turned 92 years old and I'm SO glad that Luke got to meet him!
While we were at my grandparents, my dad discovered that Luke loves his rattle. He's never paid too much attention to it before, but my dad kept waving it in front of Luke, and Luke laughed hysterically everytime! Next we headed over to my granny's house (my mom's mom) so Luke could meet her and my aunt, uncle, and cousin.

Luke with my Uncle Dale and my cousin, SethMy aunt, Ann, gave Luke his new favorite toy, a little cow that hangs from his carrier! He stared and smiled at it for half of the car ride home! And it was a long car ride! She also gave him a little bear that my mom had painted for them a long time ago. My mom was such a crafty person and always painted, sewed, smocked, etc... I think only got a tenth of her craftiness! And now Luke has a little piece of my mom in his nursery--I love that!
